3D Printers

This printer was a christmas gift from 2022. It served as a test bench and launching point for my interest in additive manufactoring and electromechanical systems.

-Klipper firmware
-integrated raspberry pi and lighiting with buck converters and custom printed electronics enclosure so all hardware is self contained

-automated printing through python website as prototype for print to order 3D printing service

-Upgraded main board with trinamic stepper drivers

-Higher flow fans installed

-All metal bowden extruder

-Highly Modified ratrig VCore 3.1 500mm developed for BETA Technologies

-Custom Acrylic Enclosure and drag Chains

-Ultra High Flow Goliath Hotend (100mm^3/s)

-CHT Ruby tipped high flow nozzle 

-Custom toolhead pcb mount with accelerometer for input shaping

-Hand built full wiring harness cutting, crimping, and soldering all wires except for motors

-Hand Cut 500x500mm garolite bedplate for better nylon and petg adhesion
